Movie Trivia : What movie could have been called "Space Man from Pluto"

HOLLYWOOD, 1984 - Back in 1984, a couple of budding movie makers were busy pitching an idea about a time traveler going back to 1955.

Bob Zemeckis and Bob Gale were on their 3rd draft and presented it to MCA studio head Sid Sheinberg along with the suggested title.

Sheinburg accepted this version of the movie, but suggested that the title be changed to "Space Man from Pluto"

Thankfully, Sheinburg was convinced to stick with the original title "Back to the Future".

The Back to the Future trilogy launched the movie career of one of Canada's favorite actors, Michael J. Fox.
